i read some sites online, some of the ps/2 to USB keyboard adapters don't really work

i already have a keyboard, i just need an adapter, so i am just wondering if i shoud just buy an adapter or buy the keyboard

I have 2 pcs, both with "integrated" video cards and I have always heard that if one uses a separate video card with it's own memory that it really helps with the overall speed of a pc.

I was wondering if that was true, if it is, how much difference and if one could be added to a slot and disable the one on the motherboard (which I would assume would be done in device manager).

The speakers have power and are plugged into the corresponding color on the back of the computer. Under control panel it says I have no audio devices. The speakers are Logitech s-100

I have never installed a modem before well I have installed it I need help knowing how to put it into the computer like hooking it up.I bought the modem from http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16825164001 and have no clue how to put it in the pc.If it helps I have an alienware pc.Thanks for the help

The memory card is not corrupt or damaged. I have deleted a few pictures. Usually when I retrieve pictures I either move or cut them to another folder. I would like to know of any programs or websites or companies that could help me with my problem. It is a Memory Stick Duo.

I am not able to retrieve data from my HD because I have reformatted it three times already.

have got a computer with dvd-cd-RW on but
if i want to burn any thing it just bring the error messages
have use different softwares that you can burn and is not working

i know have burn some thing before have burn a Data DVD/Data CD but now i can't burn the error message is just about the drive problem bust i can still play cd or dvd on it
if you are technicien or engineer on dvd-cd-RW please help thank-you

I have plans on building my gaming pc and I need some advice on a good psu. I already ordered an 8800GTS 320MB because I have a 17" monitor. I was thinking on getting the AMD 6000 (I currently have 5000) but it's 125w. I heard an 89w version is already out but not in the US. That really sucks.

So, like the question asks, is 600w enough? Assuming I get the 6000 with 125w.

Just bought a graphics card for my gateway desktop..do i need to disable the intel chipset that came with the computer? the new card is a PCI card and i don't see another card so i assume the chipset stuff is built in.

b4 my PC don't allow me to do high resolation but after adding the 32 MB graphic card i can do max upto 1024x768...

I have a Desktop with Windows XP on on running 256 and I was thinking about adding more RAM to improve the system. I have never done any type of repair/upgrade like this before and was wondering:
1) How easy it is to do this type of upgrade for a beginner?
2) How expensive does it cost to upgrade?
3) What is the best upgrade RAM to go to?
