I use SiSoftSANDRA. You can get the latest versions from download.com. The free version tells you everything about the computer and allows some limited benchmarking. This includes voltages, fan speeds, timings, and BIOS info even on video cards.

just google CPUZ, it will tell you everything from hardware to what version bios you have your memorys clock speed and yes your video card. it's an awsome programer and used by many people to show their overclockings it's trusted by us nerds for rep on forums lol it will do all you need lol
