I dont know how to set up the burner so i can burn Cds and Dvds

go to start>computer>and see what the cd/dvd drive is, if its a burner it will say rw after it, if it says cd or dvd drive then you have no burner

Make sure you have the Drive of DVD /CD burner, you can download the software.

If it did not have a program like Nero bundled with it, you will need to buy a third-party DVD management program. If it has Nero on it (look under Programs) then run Nero and it will guide you through the burning process.
