Is there a way to make the images not so blurry, my whole area is bright green and you can't see anything but green. Why is that? Some parts are fine, but some areas are green.

How often is it updated, seems like it has looked the same for years. It still shows the area as it looked years and years ago.

This may sound a saft question but am asking anyway!

I have a laptop computer use it most days/nights for a few hours but i now have the feeling its burning the top of my legs slightly especially if run off the mains adaptor.

The underside of the computer can get quite warm after a while.

Anybody else had the same problem?

I uninstalled Kaspersky because it started asking me for the key/licence and when i try to re-install it's giving me messages that I already have it installed although i removed it at both "Program File and Add/Remove"

I now need to check if i can still find it at Registry so i can also remove it unfortunately i don't know the procedures.

I was thinking of getting a lesser computer, such as, an Aser Aspire or something, and i was going to put a XFX PVT84JUDF3 GeForce 8600GT 256MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Supported Video Card into it, will this work? Will that kind of computer support it?

Dialup Downloading..... What the......?
Are there any programs out there that will help dialup downloading to be quicker? I'm not getting any younger,here. Dialup is the only thing availible here without paying 50.00-120.00 per month for Hughesnet, ..... all the companies want to charge an arm, a leg, and big toe for equipment and monthly charges. Ya feel me? And yes, I have indoor plumbing. This small town is not up to par on the technology game. 4 miles from me, the options for internet are more plentifull, but not where I live........ Any advice?????

Everytime I make a table and type in it the default font is Cambria +Headings in bold! It's so annoying! I have to keep changing it! How do I change the default table font to Verdana without having to press CTRL+A and making it Verdana everytime I type?

I have an XP (Dell) that I bought in 2005. I want to system restore it. Can anyone fill in the blanks(---)?
To do a complete system restore, turn on the computer and when the -------- is on the screen push F--.
When do you push F--, by the way?
I've done a system restore, and this is the type I want to do, not the other reversible type. I want my computer to be like brand new after the restore. I don't want any of my old files.
Also, can all XPs do system restores or just the most recent ones?

i just bought a new laptop and had the trial version of excel. apparantly my trial ran out. i downloaded open office.org but it will not let me open my excel files.I tried to copy all my notes off excel but it wont even let me copy, or type-just view!! It would take me atleast a month to retype these notes. Anyone have any ideas??

well i just ran a scan on my uncles Vista laptop to check the registry for any errors. Well the scanner found 294 errors but the scanner will only fix 20 for free.

Hi, I currently have a Belkin Pre-N Wireless Router. I'm looking to buy a new wireless router because this one drops out at times and does not work well with my xbox 360. I am fairly tech savy and have port forwarded and allowed plug and play for my xbox, even set it outside the firewall. It worked for awhile, then the router felt like chaning around. So my NAT on my xbox is no longer open, yet the things I had changed on the router are still the same.

I have seen a lot of good reviews on the D-Link DIR-655 Xtreme N Gigabit Router. Anyone have this? Any comments on it? Supposedly it works great with xbox live. I have the xbox 360 wireless adapter. Not sure if i should wait until this is proved N and not draft.

Also, it has a usb port on the back, and I thought i would be able to connect an external hard drive and/or priter to share over the network, but have read you cannot do this? Is this true? Want to use the external for storage and backups.

Im gonna be buying a used cody of windows vista in a couple days. The seller says its from london drugs and has been installed on his computer before and then uninstalled. For it to be installed, the cdkey obviously has already been used. A friend of mine said it would work as long as i have the cd key and password. So my question is, could i still install his used windows vista on my computer even though the cd key has already been used on his computer ? And also if it doesnt work, would i be able to call microsoft and ask for a new cdkey with no charge, or with charge ? and how much would it be.

please let me know, i would appreciate your help.
