i have counterspy free trail edition downloaded onto my pc and I want to delete it, but there is no uninstall exe file. I right click on folder in the program files, but it will not delete it. Any help is appreciated greatly

Have you tried going to Add/Remove programs and removing it that way? There probably is an uninstaller method, just not obvious.

Go to Control Panel, then Add or Remove Programs.
Locate CounterSpy and click Remove.
You should be able to uninstall the program from there.

OMG, you've hit. Why would you try something without an uninstaller? It's just as bad as doing harm to your PC. Try CCCleaner for this.
