I have a Mac, so it keeps on asking me the password whenever I try to connect to the neighbors Wi-Fi.

What's a WEP by the way?
What's the default password for these WEP thing? I tried '12345' and 'abcde', it worked but can't connect through the internet, it's like you're just connected to a computer.

Ok.. so one of my friends emailed me a ton of pictures to my hotmail account... there are like 150....
and i was wondering if there is a way to save them all at once into a folder instead of each separetly... because if there is.. that would help so much!!!!!!!!!!

i got a $25 gift certificate at apple store and it worked fin at first, but then later it said i had 14 dollars left, and then when i would buy something it would say i have 20cents left, and it says the card is expired but its not, an i think it could possibly be refering to my previous credit card that i used to buy songs a year ago, any help?thanks

The speakers are on the monitor. I KNOW they used to work.

Whenever I press the caps lock key, something squeals at me (I don't know from where), but music/videos won't have sound. It's not on mute, either on the computer or the monitor, and i've checked the volume settings of which I know. What's up?

And this monitor is...HP vs15.

MS Publisher experts, I can't get the printout of the whole text which is visible on screen.How to fix it?

I have a Publisher file. I want to take the printout of the whole text which is visible on screen but the print is cut on all the sides and the entire text is not printed.

Print Preview also does not show the whole text.

I even used foolscap paper, but it has not helped.

I tried to make its pdf file, but the text is cut in that also.

Hi, my problem is that when I was younger, I used to be on several forums and now I have said or done some pretty embarrasing things on the forums I was on. I am not a hacker or anything like that but I would like to get on some of the forums and be able to get into the adminstrator's username and password then delete everything that I ever have said then leave the rest of the forum alone then sign off and never visit that forum ever again. I am trying to organize my music collection. I have burned most of my CDs to my hard drive, but when I open the folders these files are stored in, they aren't there! If I view the folder's properties, it will list '8 files' or however many, but they aren't in the folder!

Also, the folders are all set to 'read-only' and keep reverting to that setting no matter how many times I change it.

What is going on? Does anyone have a clue?

Hi everyone,

I've had my PC since 2003 and just yesterday when i started it up, it came up with a voice message saying "system failed cpu test". It just keeps repeating this message over and over again. Also, i do not get any video on my monitor, i don't think it could be a monitor problem as i replaced my CRT with an LCD 2 months back.

I've also noticed that when i boot up and let the computer 'warm up' for say 5 minutes then restart it quickly - it works. What could be the problem here? I've always been shutting down before bed and starting up in the morning everyday, and its been working for years, this problem just came out of the blue!

btw, my specs are:
P4 2.53Ghz
ASUS P4S8X Mobo
ASUS 128MB GeForce 4 Ti 4600 Ultra Deluxe
Kingmax 2x512mb DDR PC2700 Ram
80GB Seagate HDD

these are the main things...any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

I'm thinking of running a 200ft ethernet cable through my house to an upstairs room. It will go from a Linksys WRT54G to an Xbox 360. Will this slow down the connection a lot because of the length? And DO NOT tell me to go wireless or anything else.
