I can't see some text in the printout which is actually present in a MS Word file. What is the problem?

I need to see that text on screen also. How can I do it? Please suggest.

It may be "hidden text."

Select a word or words that you see, which are not printing.
click Format
cl Font
on the right side you should see "hidden"
if there is a checkmark in the box, click it to remove

If you ever want to see "hidden text" but not print it:
click Tools
cl Options
cl Print
in the middle of the window there is an option for "hidden text"
click in the box to print it
remove the checkmark to see it onscreen, but not print it

or -- how's your ink cartridge? If it's skipping, ink might be low.
