I have to reinstall windows on my system because I have too many viruses, e.t.c. after downloading limewire. But whenever I do a reinstall I always have to provide the product key to be able to use Microsoft Word again on my system. I had the product key written down and was keeping it in a special place, but I lost it. So does anyone know if there is a way I can go into Microsoft Word and view my own product key on my system without having to download anything like a product key viewer? Because believe me, with all of the viruses and stuff I have now and consequently how slow my system is running the last thing I want to do is try to download anything else. It would take hours.

I have a video in wmv format and was wondering if it's possible to do a screen capture on a .wmv file? I tried doing the [ctrl +alt + Prnt Scrn] but it didn't capture any image from the video.

I can pick up the signal which is very strong at my home. I can individually connect on my 3 computers but I would like to be able to network them as well (for the shared printer and folders). It seems that I can only connect to one network or the other and if I connect to the home network I don't have internet. Any ideas on how I could bridge thm together? Thanks!

My computer is fairly new and I don't install alot of programs is it since it's strictly for work. However, just yesterday when I was restarting I noticed that it took a lot longer to shutdown then it usually does and has been that way ever since yesterday. I have AT&T/Yahoo internet and I just updated their antivirus to Norton Antivirus and Norton Firewall, and I think that was when it started to show signs of slowing down during shutdown. Could that be why it's lagging during shutdown? can you tell me why it takes so long to shutdown?

I am making a portfolie,

the page is set to a3 landscape and it has my logo in the bottom corner, how do i set this so i can just click new page and this page will come up?
Because normally when a page comes up its in a3 landscape
but it dosent have my logo in the corner.
How can i set it so my logo is preset in the corner?

I use SquirrelMail for my job and I can not find the info for using it with outlook express. Where do I found the incoming mail server info? and the SMTP info? I was wondering which is the best security software around, McAfee, norton? Defender? I find norton to be very annoying, it's so difficult to install, and when you already have installed it gets corrupted and then you have to waste 3 hours installing it again.

It has to have a sophisticated anti-virus and a really good anti spyware, It also has to have a firewall.
