It always go under acces denied. It makes me so mad.I can't do nothing good on there computer's do you know why.

It does this because the administrator for your IT system had denied access to certain sites. Most schools do this to keep you off non school items like myspace and facebook.
If your IT person is good you won't get around it. STUDY

That's to limit the amount of trouble you can get into. The sites you are denied going to are ones you shouldn't be looking at while at school anyway.

The school is simply protecting you from bad content, and as many people have mentioned, from getting you in trouble online, and afterall, school is meant for learning.

its because the administrator has resticted u from using those thing in order to get it u has to sign in from administrator account
