When I bought Nortons 360 I just downloaded it. If I reinstal it, where can I find the setup file, if one exists at all??

When you downloaded the program, I hope you saved it to the desktop. It should be self-executable.
Before you double-click to execute, I suggest you copy it and paste the copy, for example, in My Documents - just in case.
If you have a previous version installed, you should probably uninstall it before proceeding.
Then, Restart.
Close all open programs.
Now you can double-click the file.
After you install,
Restart
Run a full system scan to be safe and update.

When you download the official version of Norton 360, you get a product key, you can then download it again at anytime during it's validity period directly from the website. The setup file is usually saved in C:\Programfiles\Norton360. However it depends on how many hard disks you have, what OS and what browser you used to download. If you used mozilla then it probably downloaded to Documents or Desktop.
