Select everything and then click the center icon at the top. This will do the horizontal center. For the vertical centering just insert blank lines at the top until it is centered.

First click the click the Center button on the Formatting toolbar,
this takes care of the horizontal
Next on the File menu, click Page Setup, and then click the Layout tab.
In the Vertical alignment box, click the option you want, center.
this does the vertical.
I did'nt know about the verticle until I read your question and looked it up, so I gave you a star

There is an icon at the top of the page. It looks like lines on a paper. When you rest you mouse on them, one will say center. Highlight the page and then click this icon. For the top and bottom you need to go into page setup and figure accordingly using margins based upon the size of your paper.

For vertical centering, go to margins, custom margins (for office 2007), click the layout tab on the margins window that should pop up, and go to vertical alignment and select center.
