I get these emails all the time ..spamguard doesnt catch..that say help me in the name of God and stuff...to get their money outta banks overseas..I know its crap..how can I punish them..or make them stop?I think maybe someone should spam them back.

First, use email filters. Yahoo! mail has a great filter system.
Second, don't encourage the government to solve your problem.
The government is looking for ANY feeble pretext to invade your privacy and squander another trillion dollars.
Warrantless wire taps is just the tip of the iceberg of what they are willing to do if you ask them.
