Using different network interfaces?

I have a physical LAN interface and a wireless LAN interface. Most of my work is done over the physical LAN and I'd like to use the wireless interface to stream Music. Is it possible to assign a specific NIC to Y!MJ?

Not easily. By default the windows IP stack will only use a single interface unless you enable routing. What you want to do is different from routing.
