I have a belkin N router and Belkin N USB Adaptor. The Router is in my house on the ground floor and the laptop is in my Garden Offfice, 35metres from the router.The signal strength is very weak and seems just the same as my old G router.Belkin have been unable to tell me what configuration changes I should make to maximise the range.Has anyone similar experience? Am I unrealistic in expecting it to work over this distance?

What is the best desktop under $800?

I have looked at the hp a6230n, which has the following:
3 gigs ram
400 gb hard drive (7200 rpm)
AMD processor 5600+ at 2.8 ghz
Nvidia 6150 graphics (not the best...)
Also includes lightscribe which is pretty nice.

Any ideas will be accepted

My Mom had WIndows XP Pro installed, and she bought the Windows XP Pro SP2 Upgrade CD thinking that's how you upgrade to SP2. It gets stuck at 34 minutes because of the system configuration and you can't skip past it.
All the original files are still there, I just need to know how to skip past the Windows Install. I can still get to the command prompt.
Can I delete the files? Or can I skip it somehow?

Hello!

I am trying to write SQL code for my coursework using Access but it says "more than one record can not be returned by a sub query".

However the same code (query) works as long as it returns only one record.

Note I have to generate queries using SQL I am not allowed to use query builder.

Okay, So I know that you can set up conditional formating for a cell to change the color of the font or background and so on. I know how to set up conditional formating to do so. What I'd like to know is if there is a way that excell will look at a date put into a cell, compare it to today's date and if there is more than a year's difference, then apply the conditional formating. Does anyone know if that is possible? Thanks for your help.

We started a PayPal account to help raise money for a hurt cat that is homeless. Some people have already dontated money. It sent me an email to let me know, and when i logged into my Paypal account, it asked if i wanted to 'Accept' or 'Deny' the money. Of course, i 'accepted'. But then it said i needed to become Verified? It wanted my bank account number? Is this ssafe? How do i get the money that people are donating to the cause? Do i have to give my bank account number?

A while ago i pressed the button when you put in a DVD that says 'always do this action' (or something like that)... Is their any software that lets u design in WYSIWYG mode and then generate a html page for it? I don't want to do any slicing, just want to be able to save a WYSIWYG editor as an HTML page so that I can open it in dreamweaver if need be. Also, it would be nice if it had templates.

Something similar to the Ewisoft program, but that allows you to save as a standard html page. The free version of ewisoft only allows one to save as a ewi file.
