Is their any software that lets u design in WYSIWYG mode and then generate a html page for it? I don't want to do any slicing, just want to be able to save a WYSIWYG editor as an HTML page so that I can open it in dreamweaver if need be. Also, it would be nice if it had templates.

Something similar to the Ewisoft program, but that allows you to save as a standard html page. The free version of ewisoft only allows one to save as a ewi file.

NVU and OpenOffice writer are good, right up there with Dreamweaver, only open-source and thus completely legally free...

http://www.nvu.com
http://www.openoffice.org/product/writer.html

And just to complete the free software library...

When you find yourself needing to do some coding/scripting (PHP, Python, etc), have a look at ActiveState Komodo Edit...

And for image design, photo editing, etc, The Gimp...

Not only are all of these FREE, but they're available for Linux, Mac, AND Windows, so wherever you find yourself, you have to do without your favorite software.

What You See Is What You Get technologies are the editors that edit HTML, try TinyMCE.
I don't know what you are trying to get, it cost TinyMCE $500 to build it.
You should get a design specialist in.
I do, well I am, but I let them fill in on my weak parts, like slow IDEs.
