I just wanted to know if I put AIM on my Dad's work computer if it will harm it or not. I have it on another compter but it was my computer and it broke and its going to take forever for it to get fixed. If can can harm the computer what can it do and how can I prevent it from happening? Thanks.

I can't print anything in black at all. Both ink cartridges came with the printer we bought a few weeks ago. I went and printed off (a few weeks ago) about 16 copies of a paper I need for my ap gov. class and about half way through that, it began skipping lines and then stopped working. I turned it off and waited a while and printed again and it was fine. Now it will hardly print anymore. The colored ink works but I need the black ink. Could it be clogged, dirty or no good?
Should I put it in the printer that it came with. We're not using the new printer, we just put the cartridges into the printer we already have (and yes, it's the same printer and uses the same cartridges)

I am wanting to burn a video dvd but I had to convert the files to an iso image before I could burn the dvd. The files I was wanting to burn have a menu at the beginning like a normal video dvd but when it is an iso image that menu doesn't work. When playing the files on my computer everything works like it should and I really want to keep that quality. Is there a different way of burning video files so all the features, like the menu, will work when the files are burned to a dvd? If there is a way, what program could I use? I have CyberDVD Power2go which seems pretty crappy and more complicated than it needs to be and Deep Burner that only does iso images. Thanks.

I have noticed that when I cut and paste from Wikipedia, onto a Word document, a slight bluish background persists. How do I get rid of this background? I am not sure what it is. It looks perhaps like a watermark.

Yeah, what exactly happens? I think I heard somewhere it signs you out of all the websites you're normally signed on to.

Also... what folder do you go to to delete them, and is there anything you shouldn't delete?

Can anyone help me I have a DVD disc with approx 600 songs on, I am trying to copy them back on to my PC but Windows Media Player keeps freezing when I select the songs to put in the My Music folder, I have managed to get about 300 back on to my PC but it wont let me do anymore and when I play the disc thru WMP it keeps missing but plays perfectly thru Nero, even Nero will not do the disc and it is perfect with no damage and I have transferred them back and forth several times before. I am running WMP 11, I have cleaned, scanned, and defragged my PC but to no avail. Please help, Thanks in advance for any helpful answers.

For the past few days my computer has been under attack by a vicious trojan virus, which was making my computer incredibly slow and pop ups were showing up every second. I finally got it fixed the night before but it still is slow and is being a complete pain. Now whenever I log into my account all types of programs pop up slowing the start up and freezing it for minutes at a time. I am person that likes every thing to run smoothly without there being any problem. So what should I do to make my computer more reliable, run smoothly and quicker. And please don't say buy another computer. I am not rich so I can't just up and buy a PC anytime I get ready to.
