I just wanted to know if I put AIM on my Dad's work computer if it will harm it or not. I have it on another compter but it was my computer and it broke and its going to take forever for it to get fixed. If can can harm the computer what can it do and how can I prevent it from happening? Thanks.

I've never heard of it hurting a computer, but it's not impossible. I guess if aim did harm computers it wouldn't be as popular as it is.

AIM will not in any way harm your computer. Just be careful when clicking on links in profiles and such.
