1-800-APL-CARE

They sent me one for free, but I had to send my broken one back.

Just a small side note.
These chargers have shown to be a problem for several different users.
It seems that the 2 piece part of the charger you plug in doesn't make the proper contact and the green light will not stay on. Manipulating the charger by pulling on the wire has shown to help in some cases.
As was already mentioned Apple-care will replace the small portion of the charger. It seems this isn't the type of permanent fix we have all tried to get.

Try the Apple store (online or retail) or eBay; you'll probably get a better deal on eBay.
