How do I turn on task manager on my computer?

I get this message that it has been disabled by the administrator. I have windows xp home. I am not computer savy.

if you have users set up, you may need to log on as the administrator. If you set a log in password and you are not logged on as administrator, you may not be able to access it. Windows will disallow access if you have software designed to track usage of users.

Download Task Manager Fix tool from http://www.taskmanagerfix.com/ , to enable disabled task manager.

Hit Control Alt and Delete together briefly and it shouldbe in there.
