Hey basically I currently have an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ AM2 processor intsalled on my computer and I am planning on upgrading. The processor I am interested in purchasing is AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000+ 3.00GHz. Now I dont know much about how a motherboard works but Im currently thinking this will work because both are AM2 processors but Im not entirely sure because one is an X2 and I dont now if anything else makes a difference? So I though I would ask before wasting good money on the processor for it to not fit. If you need any more info todetermine if it will work just let me know and I will provide it I just want to sort this asap. Thanks

Is 559MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 6150 (UMA) a good, very good, or extremely good graphic card? I'm a noob, so don't go too much in the performance details, just keep it simple, thx

if (matchedNo.getValue())==1{
Integer.parseInt(jTextFieldWinnings.getText)+1
}

It doesn't like the "==1" bit, I have no idea why.

I love the Internet, but I steer clear of things like chat-rooms because all people ever wanna do is just curse, fight, threaten & shout at each other. I no longer leave comments on my favourite video website, Youtube, because every single time I receive an E-mail telling me that someone's responded to one of my comments, I'm frightened that it's going to be a rude comment, which sometimes, it is. I'm even frightened of Yahoo. It makes no difference if you're being polite to someone or saying how much you love a certain video. You can't even express your honest opinions because people will write very hurtful & rude comments to you. So, I never share my thoughts anymore. What's the point?

Why do so many people enjoy hurting others over the Internet? What on earth is the point in verbally-attacking people on the Internet just for saying something kind and innocent or just for expressing their feelings? Last I checked, we all had a right to speak our minds.

Hi, I bought Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 Platinum a long while ago and have had a few glitches with it. When ever I open a saved game, I can't because an error pops up! It says, "This file needs the following add-ons: _____". Then, when I clicked on it again, it says "The following file maybe corrupted." How do I fix the problem so I can play my saved game again! (This happens almost every time I save a game!)

This Re-writable CD lists that it can hold 700MB of data, but I've uploaded only 13,404 KB and my computer is telling me that the disk is full. Doesn't that translate to only like 13 MB? What gives?

I have a newer printer that's only got a usb connector. My slightly older wireless router has a print server and a parallel port. Ideally I'd like to have the printer available to any computer connecting to the network without having to use print sharing via a one computer that is always on.

I don't think this is possible though since I can't find a connector that goes from a male usb to a parallel port. They seem to go the other way around.

All i see are machines with 2.8 that say intel core due processor...what is that? does that mean that the chip is two chips in one but each is 2.8 making it 5.6??
I see a great deal on a machine with 1.86 that i would like to purchase if the actual speed is 3.72

Assume that readInt reads and returns one integer value

int x, sumNeg=0, sumPos=0;
x=readInt();
while ( x != 0)
{
if (x<0)
sumNeg += x;
if (x>0)
sumPos +=x;
}

if (sumNeg < -8)
S.O.P.ln("negative sum: " + sumNeg);
if (sumPos > 8)
S.O.P.ln("positive sum: " + sumPos);

which of the following inputs would cause every line of code to be executed at least once?

0

2 4 6 8

2 -2 4 -4 0

4 -4 6 -6 0
-2 -4 -6- -8 0
