Of course you can, as long as the computer has both an ethernet *and* a wireless adapter. In fact, the laptop computer I use as an extra screen here at work is connected into the wired network and the wireless network at the same time.
Some computers don't like to do that--they will be connected both ways but you still can't route to the Internet. However, most computers will connect; the wired connection will take precedence over the wireless connection. Your wired connection will most likely be faster, too.

This should work without you doing anything special. Assuming that your PC has both a wireless and a wired network connection (which is true for most laptops), simply connect to both networks and you should have two active network connections. The PC will chose which of these to use based on some algorithm that I can't figure out (last connected? fastest?), but it works nonetheless.
You probably don't need to do this, but it is also possible to "bridge" the two connections, so that traffic can flow between the two networks, via the PC. This is only useful if you are connecting to different routers for the wired versus the wireless connection. If you need to bridge the connections, view the Network Connections and right click on one of them and say "bridge connections" to bridge the two connections.

Okay yes you can without buying anything but you should explain why you want to. First your wired will take presedence 90% of the time. And you might have a traffic problem between the two networks if they both provide internet connections and yes you can bridge them it will help with the dns but if you have any trouble let me know michellemyers85 at yahoo and i will help you.

Buya linksys wireless router. (About $75.00) and a wire long enough to reach the wired PC. Then plug into the last port (usually port 4) and the wireless will work and the wired will work.

what the sense of connecting in two network? you can connect to both if u have a wireless router and a cable connection but, i think the computer can only use one connection at a time... hope it helps.
