How can i export an illustrator file into Microsoft word??

I have tried converting the file into other forms of illustrator, but the ones which will import loose the quality i need. What file do i need to convert into??

Try copying the graphic from Illustrator and pasting it into Word. You may want to experiment with the 'Paste Special' option and 'Format Picture'-->'Layout' options.

If you're going to export from Illustrator to a format, I would use bitmap (BMP) if it's available.
