I have an old computer it is pentium 3 proccesor, 256mb of ram and a 20 gig hard drive. The problem that i have is that i want to replace a the hard with a new one, transfering all the exact same data from the old one to the new one. i bought a hard disk wiping software from office depot, but it tells me that it deletes everything including the installed OS. can you tell me if there is a way to do that? if i cant wipe the disk without deleting the OS, i need to do a partition on the HD. what is partitioning?

Someone has copied the home page of my site (5 year old) and put it in its own home page (new domain). Even the html code and pictures are similar. Even this site code contains meta tag for the copyright info of my web site. This new web site is listed in Yahoo and Google.
Where I should report the fraud? Can Yahoo and Google ban this site.
