As a matter of fact, I won't. First of all, because i don't believe that a free program can protect better than a paid one which has an on-line support. Second, please, don't feel offended by me and read this article which, i hope, would be helpful for you: http://www.securitystronghold.com/top-10-ways.html

Check out this list - some of your stuff is on it.

Good freeware programs:

1. Antivirus: either Alwil Avast Home Edition 4.7 or Grisoft AVG AntiVirus 7.5.
2. Antispyware/antiadware: both Microsoft Windows Defender and SpyBot Search and Destroy 1.4 (I use these).
3. Antispam: SPAMfighter standard
4. McAfee Site Advisor (I use this)
5. Firewall: ZoneAlarm 7.0 (XP & 2000) or 7.1 (Vista).
6. Rootkit Detection: AVG Anti-Rootkit.

Just google or yahoo these, find the right page, and download and install them.

The other program you might want to use is a registry cleaner, which gets rid of invalid entries and helps speed up the computer a bit. These are freeware, and I use both:
7. EasyCleaner from http://www.toniarts.com (also has cookie and history file cleaners)
8. RegScrubXP from http://home.carolina.rr.com/lexunfreeware

Finally, a very good cleanup program:
9. CleanUp from http://cleanup.stevengould.org (I use this)

Maybe, I've never used any of the programs that you listed, except for Defender.

My note: Be careful to not use multiple AV, as they will conflict.

That's pretty good. I have a very similar setup, I learned the best way not to get spyware or viruses is changing your online behavior.
