Is napster legal now?

I was thinking about getting napster. Is it legal, does it download viruses and how much does it cost.

Napster is LEGAL now and it should work with your iPod.

iPods are made by Apple, a company whose greed screwed them early in the history of computers (ever wonder why less than 5% of the computers today are Apple?) As a result, iPod doesn't work with much. PS Napster is legal.
