Easy,If you are still admin then log in,go to control panel>user accounts and change his account type to limited.then change your password and when he logs in again he wont be able to change your account type or password.or create another account. You don't need his password to change the account type as long as you are still an administrator.
And:Add a password to the adminstrator account Click Start>All Programs>Run.Type in control userpasswords2.
Hit enter, then click reset adminstrator password.and put in whatever you want but REMEMBER it.

If you are still an administrator, then it is simple. Pull the hashes out of the registry, and crack the LM hashes for the characters and the MD5 for the case.

If you want to know programs and such, give me an email. Heck, i may even crack the hashes if I feel like it.

Good Luck!

Edit: Of course, this will only work if you truely are the admin. There are other ways, but this keeps you honest. Also, Change your password.
