im instaling archicad 10 and im getting this message error java.lang.noclassdefFoundError: run Exception in thread "main"... what does that mean??... what should i do to run my program properly??.. should i download a java program or something?

What's in a tower that means it still has to be huge? Are they becoming obsolete?

Re: physical space? A thumb drive puts a gig on a keychain.
My laptop is every bit as powerful as my PC and yet it fits in a briefcase.

I know that computers are a lot smaller than they used to be (room-sized) but they seem to have reached a plateau lately and I wonder why the tower itself isn't shrinking anymore. In spite of technology that proves we can make most things smaller including monitors, storage drives, etc, the tower remains huge...we either switch over to laptops or buy furniture to hide them in order to deal with the amount of space that they take up.

My guess is that it is in ventilation. Even expansion and power doesn't seem to need so much space.

i delted the folder called
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\shared
i want to recover theis folder and all the files it contains is ther any way i can recover it through windows or someother sofware program at no cost (FREE) i only want the files in that folder and i do not want to recover anything eles

My new computer has Windows XP but I have that on my home computer and have never had it print what amounts to a "cover page" with the User Name, File Description, Queue & Server information on it before printing the job. I am assuming it has something to do with the HP Laserjet 2500 as when I print on our Konica/Minolta printer, this does not happen. Any ideas why this is happening or where I could turn off the "feature"?

I am about to purchase a 1333 FSB motherboard to use with one of the new 1333 FSB Intel Core 2 Duo chips. I think I am a little confused, but if I have DDR2 800 ram, will this be a hindrance to the computer? In other words, since the ram is running at a slower speed than the chip and motherboard, will I see a performance hit?

I have just got a new laptop and am selling my old one.
The only problem is my old laptop had MS Works on it and this one has no word processor.
I have lost the install disk for it and would like to know if I can copy it onto a blank cd and put it on this one. If so could you tell me how to do it please.
