I have problems waking up for work any1 got any ideas i sleep normall hours but just cant get up sometimes i have trouble sleeping to this could be part of it

Most likely your sleeping habits may need to change. For instance dont drink anything with caffeine in it before going to bed. Also i find it a lot better to have the alarm clock set about an hour before you really have to wake up. So every time the clock alarms u can either get up and start ur day or press snooze. this will then prepare you from actually having to wake up. i do it all the time and i noticed i function a lot better at work now.

before you get into bed drink a BIG glass of water...
you'll get up. you may need to adjust the water amount to
get to the right time.
