HELP I NEED TO RECOVER A DELETED FOLDER plz help?

i delted the folder called
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\shared
i want to recover theis folder and all the files it contains is ther any way i can recover it through windows or someother sofware program at no cost (FREE) i only want the files in that folder and i do not want to recover anything eles

As long as it's fairly recent and you haven't emptied your recycle bin, it's probably still in there.
Otherwise, it's probably some program like the link above.
Bear in mind, the longer it's been deleted, the harder it'll be restore.

I haven't tried this yet, but you could try a new beta program called Recuva: http://www.recuva.com/

This program searches for deleted files on your hard drive and recovers them.
