You won't be playing any 3d gaming with that low-end video card.
Edit: Looks like someone didn't like the correct answer and reported it. Sad the correct answer is suddenly wrong. Here's the link computertech showed you for proof the 8500 is a bad card and all the above answers are wrong:

Well as I went through all the answers I was praying someone with half a brain would show up, and fortunately computertech showed up, he hit this answer right on the money. That video card is no good at all for gaming, you definately need an upgrade there. Everything else looks good though.

That system will run all those games. I run all of those on mine and I only have a 2 GHZ with 1 GB of DDR2. When it comes to running Vista you will probably have to download some patches for those games to make them compatible with Vista. It might be easier to just stay with XP for now and upgrade to Vista farther down the road.
P.S. You will probably wanted a big hard drive. Those games take up alot of room (World of Warcraft takes almost 8 GB of hard drive space).

Do you absolutely need it. AMD and Intel are probably going to be coming out with the quad core processors fairly soon. That and vista sucks- a lot.
I know AMD is going to start putting them out fourth quarter 07. About the games, most moden computers with a decent processor and graphics card will be fine. I saw a 256 MB g-card for like 50 bucks at compusa if you have those around where you live. You could always just put in your own card.

Yes it can. That will be a great setup for the game.
And in regards to a post below, framerate is affected by and other factors and the site you reference has a downgraded PC used in the comparison.
I would do some more research before flaming everyone.
