i downloaded some windows updates by accident. managed to click cancel before they installed. i thought they would have been in downloaded program files, but "SoftwareDistribution" and sperately in the "WINDOWS" file are the only places i cna find them.

Safe to Delete???

i already have speakers that are already on the monitor, and it works fine, but i want to add another set of computer speakers because the speakers on the moniter has no bass. The wire connected to the computer is already used by the monitor's speaker, so how do i connect both speakers at the same tiem?

In 2003. As a security question it told me I had a morgage in 2003. Then it listed several creditors or none and several loan amonts then none. I checked the block listed none of the above. Then I went to loans. It did not list any morgage in 2003. Was that a security question they ask, why do they do that? It scarred the **** out of me. It was Equalfax.

I went on this site and downloaded a whole bunch of new items and furniture and after I installed it in the game, I went to my house and decorated one room with the furniture. I played the game after I was finished remodeling, but now it won't load the neighborhood! Everytime it loads up, it shuts off! I know my virtual memory is ok, so what is it? What can I do? I know there has to be something I can do because I have worked to hard on that neighborhood for it to f*** up like this. By the way, it's Sims 1, not 2.

My sister had to take her pc back to the shop. When disconnecting she pulled the connection that is actually held in with the 2 screws. The guy in the shop said she wrecked the motherboard. Would this be right? Would it not only be the socket that is wrecked or, if the socket is wrecked does that mean that the mother board is, too? Also, its a packard bell and had xp installed on it when she bought it. If she were to get a replacement tower how would she install xp form the other one since she has no disks? And is all her data now lost forever?

when i try to bring up internet explorer it freezes up then a box comes up that says low on virtual memory.. i have went in and increased my virtual memory space have deleted all temp cookies and history, i have xp and have several different accounts (for my kids) and their internet explorer works just not mine
