right click and click "open with..." then you can choose a different program to open it with.

You must unassociate that file type with "PhotoGallery"
To do so, you would go to my computer , go to the folder you are trying to access,
On the top of the page you would click on Tools, Then click on Folder options then click on file types. Scroll down the list and find the extension of the Video files in the folder you re referring to and high light it. Then click on advanced , click on actions and remove it.

I think you can remove it from the start up program. Go to Control Panel, Taskbar and StartUp and remove it from StartUp tab. It won't delete it from your hard drive, just won't open when you reboot. You will have to go to Start, All Programs, and manually click on it when you want to use it.
