Hi there,
Pretty vague question!? I'll try and guess what you were trying to ask and presume you may be infected with a virus known as "Repair".
There are actually many new malicious files going under the "repair" name lately which are part of the "RontoKBro T" infection.
Detailed Prevx Info on Repair.exe:

The best and easiest way to remove this infection is by installing the Free Trial of Prevx1. This will scan your PC and remove this and any other infections free of charge.

Most people just delete a virus. We do not try to repair a virus.

theres nothing as 'repair virus', so my guess is you would like to get rid of some virus. post more info so we could give more specific answer.
Goto http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and do the online scan and hopefully everythings fix and then download AVG Free at http://www.free.grisoft.com and install
You need to know and differentiate about virus/virie and spyware(etc) as some Anti-virus software won't detect them
