my AIM is being really wierd. it displays when people sign off, not when people sign on. i can send messages to people when they are signed off and there is no messge that says something like: screenname is unavailble right know, or something like that. should i make a new screenname or wut?

well, you could make a new screenname, but to experiment i say link the tew sn's together and see what happens. if not, just go to settings. i make it so there are no "pop-up" notifications when people sign on, off, are away, or are idle, return from away, and are no longer idle.

Sounds like your settings are out of wack. Just change your preferences so that it shows when people sign off AND on. And if you can send messages when someone is "signed off" that could just be that they really are signed on, but they have their privacy feature activated so it looks like they're signed off.

well are you sure that your not invisible...not like that buit there is a feature on aim where you can be on but ppl cant know
yea it might be your aim is screwed try uninstalling it and then downlkloading it again

No, it can be changed in the preferences, you can choose when to receive notifications.
