HTML/XML link help: How can I make a link that will direct the user to alternating points?

I have two images that I want to use as links. My problem is that I want to specify that they have 60/40 probabilities of where they link to.

e.g. 60% of the time they link to one location and 40% of the time to another location

if you want exactly 60%, you need to control it from a server,



If you want approximately 60% you can play all sorts of silly JS games, with random numbers!

the cgi solution also allows you to change the randomlocations easily.

it all depends on what you know how to do!
