i cannot run ie6 or ie7 on my computer I am running winxphome?

You can either try to grab them from MS's site, or you can improve your situation immensely by grabbing Firefox instead.

Firefox is free, spyware free, safer, faster, blocks pop-ups, will move over IE's preferences (bookmarks, cookies, etc), and it's main feature - Firefox is completely customizable.
