Try this, it's a cut and paste but....
In YouTube, go to the page where your video is.
Copy the link of the page from the address bar.
Goto a website called 'www.SaveTube.com'
Paste the link into a box near the bottom of the screen wher it says 'YouTube Video to Save'.
A link will appear below it 'Get Download Url' click on it.
Another link will appear below that, click on it
You'll be prompted to save the file to disk. Give it a name and include the extention .FLV (eg. Video.flv) and remember where it is saving to.
Part 2
Goto www.Download.com
Type in the search area 'super' and the word 'encoder'
You're looking for a file called 'Super Fever Link'
Download and install the software.
I've not quite finished it yet but you need a screen res of 1024 x ... to install and run the software.
And, if you want a good laugh, have a look at the guy www.thekidfrombrooklyn.com.

You can download them by going to the website youtubex.com
Then you follow what it says on the page. You'll have to download a player to play the youtube video you have download though.
Hope it helps!
