today a buy a webcam e-solution mini internet camera "for note book lgd pc"?
it says os support windows xp i install disk that came with it
but the cam wont work . when i touch the cam the led lights come on why is this ?is it broken its driving me crazy help .

I am having a nightmare trying to get a broadband connection with talktalk. The poroblem being that I cannot get a sync light on a modem, hence no connection to the internet, although I've tried several different modems.They all set up OK even the wireless router which I've currently installed.I've checked and replaced the in line filter and cable.Talktalk insist the line is live and that they can see the signal transmitting to my address, (I only have one telephone point).They Insist it must be my router which is at fault.After my second call to the Belkin helpline they suggest that I requst a WOOSH test from Talktalk. Has anyone had a simillar experience, will this test prove that the signal is not reaching me. If not any suggestions PLEASE.

Can you recommend programs similar to Adobe photoshop that aren't as expensive? I would like a program that will allow me to use different effects to edit images, layer/blend images and include text with special effects too. I'm not a computer whiz, I just know that I was able to do this with Adobe photoshop when I was in college using campus computers. Thanks.
