If you need both to be used at the same time, NO. But if you want to be able to switch between the two there are some pretty good switch boxes that'll allow you to plug one set of keyboard, mouse and screen to a number of different computers.

You can probably find them at a local computer store but be careful to push for quality as the cheaper models don't boost the signal and you'll notice the screen image quality to be extremely faded. A good one can cost more than 200$.

You can buy a monitor switch box. Both the PCs hook into the box, and the box hooks into the monitor. You flip a switch to change from one PC to the other.

Ask for a "KVM Switch" (keyboard, video, mouse). You can plug your monitor, keyboard, and mouse into the switch, and attach to your 2 computers; just hit a button to switch between them.

Yeah but you can't easily see image from both of them. But if your monitor has a digital and analog input then you can switch between them..
