my norton antivirus says im fine but i was online and this pest trap thing came up and now my comp keeps telling me that i have spyware and blah blah, but i cant figure out what to do and its pissing me off? help

In microsift office, I can't see the footer as I edit, I see {PAGE} of {NUMPAGES}, while in the print preview it's ok, I see like 4 of 20. How can i resolve it?

i was wondering if anyone has tried these so called supr cd-rs?, they cost about 140 to 190 dollars for a spindle of 100....i am a music burner and would love to have discs that won't scratch or get ruined so easily, here is wha i am talking about...i want feedback from anyone that has tried them

Dead Proxies!!! - Useless?
I have a huge list of proxies , but when i checked them most of them were dead!!! ---

And i found only abt 10% of the total , were alive... But i want about 6,000-7,000 proxies to use..

So I want to know , if dead proxies can be used to connect?!?!?
(ie) can i still go to sites , while using a dead proxy!??!?

Please help !

I have a file in word format.It contains a list with 100 items,which are alphabetically arranged.Further I have 100 folders,which are alphabetically arranged too.Each folder contains the information (text and photos) related to one of the items in the list and has the same name as that item.I want to write the file and folders on a CD and give it to someone.The user should be able to use it without instalation or connecting to the internet .And he should be able to click on an item in the list and be linked to its folder (with the same name as the item).
How should I do this?Pleae explian clear and step by step.
