BUZZ has no certain meaning. its just telling you that the other person is trying to get your attention. they sometimes will do that if they are feeling ignored or you're not responding to them

'BUZZ' doesnt have a particular meaning, except thatb its like a wake up call to the opposite person like if he is;nt answering or whatever...
