It seems like you are scolding someone. As for your question, I have no idea what on earth is SATA2. You will have to choose what is convenient for you.

160 GB SATA2. is bigger and faster. you'll be happier with a lot of HDD free space ;)

80GB SATA would more than sufficient..............
