I have a file in word format.It contains a list with 100 items,which are alphabetically arranged.Further I have 100 folders,which are alphabetically arranged too.Each folder contains the information (text and photos) related to one of the items in the list and has the same name as that item.I want to write the file and folders on a CD and give it to someone.The user should be able to use it without instalation or connecting to the internet .And he should be able to click on an item in the list and be linked to its folder (with the same name as the item).
How should I do this?Pleae explian clear and step by step.

Steps:
1. Open the file and bring cursor to the point wheter you want the link to be present.
2. Press Ctrl+k, select the folder you want to link and hit "OK" button.
3. With this hyperlink will be created, but you need to use Ctrl + mouse click to follow the link
4. A solution to this is, once you are done linking all the folders,
use "File > Save as Web page"(shortcut: Alt+f, g) option (to save in .mht format)
5. The user should be provided with this new file (.mht)
