My office pc is in LAN. Although I regularly delete all the cookies and temporary internet files every time I use internet, still my boss gets to know which sites I had visited. I want to know how this happens and how to prevent my boss knowing all this.

I've tried doing it the way help tells you to, but it says that's not allowed as programs are still running. I'd usually do it from DOS, but given XP hasn't got DOS per se, how do I do it?

(The reason for the format is that the machine is loaded with too much spyware rubbish, and the person I'm wiping it for just wants to start again)

When I was away my family played around with my computer & I can't even get Windows ME to load up, it just tells me there has been a failure & shutsdown. I have tried to re-install ME onto my computer so I can get all my data off it before I put XP onto it but it just won't work & keeps coming up with the same error message. It plys old titles, like the ones you find at walmart for a dollar, perfecly fine. but throw in a 15 dollar dvd or new release, it trys to play, loads up the player starts to run then stops at a black screen and tells me the dvd may be scratched or damaged. But i can throw the same dvd into my player connected to my tv and they play fine.....anybody know what gives?
