hey, how can i view the things are not viewed cuz there's an error in the page? how can i fix the error and let the things viewable?

Usually if you just close it all down, shut down your computer completely, and start over, the next time you try the same page, it will have been reset and will work. If it doesn't work the second time, see if you can get anything out of the "help" menu of whatever application you are on. If that doesn't work, you're looking for a customer service link, which hopefully will include a phone number as well as an email link. Write down that phone number before you go any further, and then send an email describing the problem. If you don't hear back soon, call the phone number.
