I don't get your question. All computers REQUIRE ram memory to work. The more ram memory your computer has, the better. The computer needs it to operate. Ram memory comes as chips that you plug into the motherboard.
For storing information, the computer uses hard disks.

the more RAM you have, the merrier. Too little is no good.
