That happens a lot of times...your friend will have to re-send the picture...all of it did not go through the first time....

have you tried to refresh? Maybe the picture didn't upload all the way . That always happens when i'm uploading on photobucket and then stop the uploading process... my pictures are blacked out half way.

Probably it wasn't fully downloaded from your friend

it wasn't fully downloaded from ur friend, ask him to resend. something came up while downloading and it interrupted it.
