Sorry, you can't. Your office is probably running a program like "Websense" on the LAN Routers that intercepts and analyzes all website requests from office PCs and provides a detailed report to management. There is no way to get around this at the PC level.

Min,
Most LAN (local Area Networks) have a proxy server that allows outgoing & incoming traffic to & from the internet. The purpose of proxy servers are 3 fold. They protect the computers inside the lan from viruses, trojans & other nasty computer stuff, They increase bandwidth & speed by providing caching (storing of files that are requested by the same people from the internet) and they can be used to monitor employees action on & off the network.
Unfortunately, by law, at least in the US, if you are using your bosses equiptment on your bosses time, he/she has the right to monitor all of your computer uses on & off the internet. All out going & incoming requests are stored on the server and can be easily obtained my administrators or people given permission to access these logs. My advice, dont do anything that you dont want your boss to know about on the office computer

It's obvious that u can't prevent him from knowing which sites u visited as he is the administrator and has control over the LAN itself. So, stop fiddling with it and be in control. That is the best option, Sir. If at all you are very eager to use the net, get the admin rights from him and then do wat u want. U can always delete it then.
but this is very difficult. So, i'd recommend u stop it and save ur head.

Nothing you can do. If the system admin is even decent, he can see all traffic going in and out of your machine's connection. You'd have to have software to clean your cookies, history, cache, and do it securely by writing zeros over the data instead of just plain delete. Then you'd have to make every connection to the net via a secure VPN. Even then they "could" intercept the traffic before it leaves your machine, so basically you're SOL.

I believe that:
Even if you do something to hide him, he will know what you do, so my advise is don't bother about it much. Go to sites after finishing all your work.
When boss ask you why you are visiting at various site, tell him that yes boss I am visiting, some time because I am checking my "daily mail" remember he may be knowing that you are doing something! don't bother but when he ask tell him you are looking your mail.
Then he will not ask you more.
And also tell him that I finished my work sir, if you have any other new work to do, I am ready to do...
Always try to convince him by do more work, etc. which is required by your institution/establishment/company. Also something go say "good morning" when meet him at the begining of work, etc to please him/her...

Use a VPN service
Here are some websites where you pay a small fee to get a vpn.
http://www.hotspotvpn.com/
http://www.publicvpn.com/
When you sign up to one of these and configure your computer to use the vpn, a connection between your computer and the service creates a tunnel that will encrypt the data passing through. Your boss will not be able to see the data.

Please be careful while browsing in your office, your boss gets all the logs on the server and knows who is doing what on the internet and at what time, that way he will also come to know how much genuine work you do.
Well you can always use this as a trap for your collegues...LOL
