I can't see the footer correctly.?

In microsift office, I can't see the footer as I edit, I see {PAGE} of {NUMPAGES}, while in the print preview it's ok, I see like 4 of 20. How can i resolve it?

I take it it's Word you are using; if so, to add or edit a header or footer, you have to go into the View menu and select "Header and footer".
