ever since we set up our new XP computer (had XP previously as well), i cannot access the yahoo game rooms. the java settings are on and i allow pop ups when trying to access the room.

I am tired of every corp. being in the wallet and would like to find some people to chat with and send e-mails. To get to know some lady friends and have fun with on the net rather than worrying about if my bill is paid or not. Just want to have some one to e-mail and can answer without opening a page w/o some one wanting to charge me for my time. Is that asking to much. I am a man who is wathing what's going on around me and becoming very sad with it all.

My friend downloaded xoftspy & the first day that worked then my computer went back to way it was. My other friend went to msconfig on run and went to start up disabled all then restarted the comp & he said that should stop my comp from shutting down but that didnt work either. Do I have a virus? Someone please help me!!

Is my memory correct in the values of KB's and MB's? Its been about 5-6 years since I have even thought about it. If this is correct, then how long should it take to download a 100MB file at an average of 20kb per second? Or are there other factors to consider? What is the norm for the minimum download speed for your cable internet connection, if that is what you use? If not, how do you connect to the internet and what is your average speed?

I replaced a Dell Optiplex 4600 Powersupply and it only the cpu fan came on. I found it was not the correct power supply for the unit. I have found the proper replacement and wondered if theres a significant probability that the first non-Dell power supply damaged anything. Should I order the proper power supply and if i do will the system be ok?
